Our love story began the night we met in The Bahamas in 2022. We were both there attending bachelor(ette) parties, Preston for his brother Clark, and Lauren for one of her best friends from college, Rachel. Clark introduced us and we hit it off instantly. That night, Preston didn’t have a phone on him because he was just there to live in the moment and enjoy time with his friends. When the trip over and we had to say our goodbyes, a friend told us we’d never see each other again. However, both of us knew that wasn’t true. We spoke almost constantly for weeks after the trip, and then eventually started traveling nearly every weekend between Florida & Michigan to see each other.
